I finally "Finished the campaign by destroying Parthia, then Pontus, followed by the Egyptians then of course Rome. Build your forces and just over whelm Parthia, Pontius and the Egptians. I had one large army for Parthia as they only had two territories and crushed them quite easily. Pontus and Egypt are boarding each other so I had two large armies destroying Pontus at once and moved accordingly. While fighting that way I also kept troops invading and defending against Egypt. Eventually when Pontus crumbled under my might I went full on onslaught on Egypt. I built a lot of siege style units along with the best Roman legion Army units recruit able Also had a group (army) of all stared horse men whom were faction generals etc. I defeated Egypt with ease. The last faction was Britanica I managed to them off the inland, so they only owned modern day England. By this time I reached the 100 year mark and the senate told my leader to commit suicide. I choose not to do so. So now it was me vs Rome. When this happened I stopped my fight with britanica and focused all my troops in Italy which I had pretty built up. I took my large army that was in Greece (that was idol) and sent them to Italy. My strategy was to not worry so much what the Julii attacked or took, but to hold off enough so that I could build my 3 large armies. Again i had 1 army of mainly siege units 1 army full of leader units (horse men that had gold stars, silver stars, diplomats.) Another army filled with Romans best troops accompanied by Arrow men. My first attempt I went for Scipii and was destroyed as the SPQR came and helped. I also only used 1 army. This is when I finished the building of my 4 armies 3 major armies and the 4th was some what small only had 4 legion units. Julii kept invading and taking several of my territories which I no longer cared about. I also took one of Julli's territories in northern Italy to keep them from going to the capital. I then sent all armies from lower Italy to Rome and attacked with all 4 armies and destroyed ROME! It then said i was VICTORIOUS! My strategy worked at the Romans suspense. I also played on medium difficulty so maybe this wouldn't work on a harder difficulty, but it was fun none the less. Kind of to easy, but I was trying to unlock the other factions.

Rome Total War (Brutii faction)
Brutii faction is by far the easiest Team to play with out of the 3 Roman factions
I'm doing the long Campaign so far so good but it's a bitch later in the game. Macedonia is a roach to you early. They have many cities and are very strong. It took me awhile to get rid of them. Greece is has way less cities but, are very strong. When fighting Macedonia be sure to have more troops then they do! It's almost impossible to lose as long as you build the early Legions. Macedonia just mass produces pike men so your swords men will destroy them with ease! Don't worry about cavalierly early on because they will just get demolished by the pike men. I took out Greece first as they only had 4 cities I believe and then took out Macedonia. I did majority of the senate missions as well but some of them I did not such as attack several of Gaul's cities as I did not have the troops to do it and I was already fighting 2 other large factions head on. Disregard the senate unless what they tell you is totally achievable but if it spreads you thin don't bother. Once I took out both Greece and Macedon I took out Thrace. They were sort of a pain because they had solid troops and every time I took one of their cities they came back eventually I just over wehlemed them with men and finished them in no longer than 10 turns. I then took Scythia which was very easy to do. They are much Like the Gauls. Later in the game you will have much better troops and technology and should be able to crush the remaining barbarian factions. The Seleucid's were already taken out and Nubia was gone as well. SO I didn't have to deal with them. This leaves me with currently Egypt, Pontus, Parthia, Spain, Britania . All others have been wiped out by the other Roman factions. I am currently dealing with Egypt, Pontus and Parthia. Egypt is by far the hardest to take out late in the game We have been trading back and forth cities (On their front) They also build a nice Navy. So I had to counter. I've been attacking the northern part so now I took boats (with troops) and went straight to deeper Africa by alexandria instead of Thebese etc.So I'm hitting them from two fronts. I also have troops fighting with Parthia way over in Asia as they only have 1 city left which has been a bitch to take. Their heavy calvely are almost unbeatable. When fighting them be sure to double their troops (this is what I'm having troubles with as I'm in Africa, Europe, and Asia. I'm putting much more pressure on Britania now they only have 3 settlements left on the mainland then they have England which no one has explored or touched yet. They usually have 1 giant army that moves around so you can quickly sack their cities and fortify it. CREATE ARCHERS!!! that is key to destroy their chariots. I curently own 39 cities so we will see if I can take the 50 before the limit is up. Also you'll deal with rioting I've been having an huge issue with this because the capital was to far so I stack the cities with men. I'll keep ya'll updated.
